Are Tour Guide gratuities included in the tour price?

• No, gratuities are not included.  It is your option to tip the tour guide at the end of the tour.

How much walking do we do?

• Very minimal walking, and there is an option for a short break.  Most of the ghost hunts are seated and most locations are inside with heat or air conditioning.

Do your haunted tours go into buildings?

• Yes, DO go INSIDE 2 locations for a paranormal investigations on the Ghost Hunt Experience.  Walking tours do NOT go inside buildings.

What is your cancellation policy?

• 24 hours prior to departure.  Any cancellations or changes made to an existing reservation less than 24 hour prior to the original departure time/date result in a non-refundable ticket.

What is your inclement weather policy?

•  Tours roll rain or shine with the exception of continuous lightning or another unsafe weather event.  Tours can be canceled less than 2 hours prior to start in these circumstances and will be rescheduled.

Do you supply food or beverages?

• No, our tours do not include food or beverages unless stated otherwise at booking.  There are usually beverages available for purchase nearby the starting point.

Are children allowed on your tours?

• Children 8 years of age and up are allowed on all tours unless they are labeled Adults only.  All persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a person over 21 years of age.

Do you supply strollers or mobility items like wheelchairs?

• No, we do not have these available at this time.  Use the Contact Us page for assistance in locating rental locations.
